Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Policy

  1. Coverage: One-year warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  2. Eligibility: Valid only for products purchased from authorized distributors and retailers.
  3. Actions: During the warranty period, NLS Components will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts.

Return Policy

  1. General Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if they are in new, unused condition.
  2. Defective Products: Defective products can be returned for replacement or repair within the warranty period.
  3. Return Process: Contact NLS Components directly to arrange returns. All returns must include proof of purchase and be in their original, unused condition. NLS Components will provide instructions for returning the product and handle the processing upon receipt.

 


Wholesalers and Distributors Responsibilities

Wholesalers:

  1. Retailer Support: Wholesalers should instruct retailers to stock replacement covers and handle customer warranty claims and returns. Retailers manage returns and refunds, coordinating with wholesalers for the return of products.

  2. Wholesaler Responsibilities: Wholesalers are responsible for processing returns of defective products and coordinating with NLS Components for credits or replacements.

  3. Customer Handling: Retailers and customers generally do not communicate directly with NLS Components. Wholesalers handle all communications regarding defective product returns.

  4. Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective returns are the distributor's responsibility. Once the wholesaler purchases from NLS Components, they handle all subsequent customer returns, unless the product is defective or covered by a warranty.

  5. Responsibility Statement: Wholesalers are tasked with returning defective products to NLS Components for credit or replacement. Retailers manage customer warranty claims and returns, working with wholesalers for the return process.


    Distributors:

    1. Responsibilities: Distributors are responsible for selling to wholesalers. They must ensure wholesalers are informed about the necessity of stocking replacement covers and managing warranty claims. 

    2. Wholesaler Support: Distributors should instruct wholesalers to stock replacement covers and handle warranty claims. Wholesalers will reach out to distributors for issues related to SPEEDi units. Distributors will then coordinate with NLS Components for any necessary warranty claims or returns.

    3. Direct Sales: Distributors do not handle direct-to-customer sales. They focus on managing the relationship and transactions with wholesalers. 

    4. Customer Handling: Retailers, through wholesalers, are responsible for addressing customer service issues directly. Distributors are tasked with inspecting and verifying warranty claims, providing immediate replacements or refunds to wholesalers, and coordinating with NLS Components for defective product returns. 

    5. Non-Defective Returns: Non-defective returns are the distributor's responsibility. Once the distributor purchases from NLS Components, they handle all subsequent returns from wholesalers, unless the product is defective or covered by a warranty. 

    6. Responsibility Statement: Distributors are accountable for managing warranty claims and returns with wholesalers. NLS Components will issue replacements or credits for defective products returned by the distributor.

     

    Key Points

    1. Spare parts are available for purchase with a 50% discount on all items.
      1. It is recommended to stock replacement covers as they may occasionally be needed due to damage from improper handling or for fitting adjustments. We offer replacement covers at a 50% discount to the customer if the SPEEDi was purchased recently. You are welcome to add a small markup to cover your handling costs.
    2. Manufacturer defects are covered at no cost. Please contact NLS Components directly for resolution on a case-by-case basis.
